Born and raised in Italy, but I consider myself a foodie without borders.
Ever since I was a kid, my biggest passions have always been the same: food and exploring the world. Growing up, I was lucky enough to be able to travel to wonderful places and experience different foods and cultures. The hunger for learning and trying new things has never left me, the fire never went out.
Being Italian, food has always been a huge part of my life, but I was always interested in something different. As I grew up and started traveling more consciously, I was fascinated by all the different cuisines you could find around the world. Spices, exotic ingredients, different ways of sharing and thinking about food. Everything I learned around the world started influencing my own style of cooking and feeding my love for food and other cultures. Food to me is one of the most important aspects of traveling and of my life, what good is that if I don’t share it with someone?
My goal is to share everything I know and learn as I go. This includes traditional Italian recipes, as well as some of my personal creations, which are influenced by my experience as a self-taught cook and my trips around the world. I also share travel guides and memories, so you can take some inspiration for your next trip!
I hope I can spread my love for food and international cuisines and that I can be a part of your own journey into the kitchen and the wonderful world of food.
