First time making naengmyeon (냉면)! 🇰🇷 Very different from what I’m used to, but I love to learn more about Asian cuisine. This is a cold noodle soup (sometimes even served with ice), so it is quite unusual if you’ve never tried it. I tried to customize it a bit with what I had on hand, but I can definitely do better. Two tablescapes from my days in Barcelona 🧡 Spain once again steals my heart 🇪🇸 Lots of tapas (of course), pan con jamón y tomate and a new obsession: horchata!🥛 Similar to almond milk, but made with tiger nuts or rice in other regions of the world, this drink is super refreshing and perfect for summer. Bonus points if you drop a ball of chocolate ice cream into it 👌🏻

A firm believer that visiting the town market is as important as visiting museums! No better way to immerse yourself in the culinary culture of a place and see the ingredients firsthand. I go home with a renewed love for Greek cuisine, a bag full of herbs and spices and lots of recipes to recreate 💙

The best parts of visiting Spain 🇪🇸 Paella, churros, salmorejo (a great surprise), tapas and most of all good company 🧡 alcohol helps too lol Also didn’t expect to find such amazing Moroccan food but this is the beauty of countries mixing and influencing each other!

highlights of my trip to marrakech 🇲🇦 - tajine and cous cous, tasty and simple dishes, but not exempt from flavor.
